Do we ask you for money to publish your book?
No. Absolutely not. In that sense we are a traditional publishing house. We assume the risk and we pay you a good royalty.
Do we pay an advance?
No. We simply can’t afford to. We put what capital we have into publishing the books. If they sell we both make money. If they don’t, we don’t.
What we do ask is that the author be as proactive as possible in helping to promote the work. We do not ask for money, we do ask for commitment in promotion. We pay royalties twice a year.
What genre do we publish?
We like sci-fi and crime, conspiracy and thriller, drama, romance, historic, fantasy, comedy... What we care about is whether it is well written, and whether it has that certain magic that makes a great read. We suggest you have a read of our existing titles to get a feel for the books we choose.
We are choosey, and we really want to believe in the books we publish. Sometimes that will mean rejecting a book that seems to have everything, but for us lacks that special something; and sometimes it will mean taking on a book that is far from ready, but has that special magical quality. In that case we will work with the author until we feel the book is ready.
Please note that we do not publish poetry nor pornography and we do not publish illustrated/graphic intense books.
