Before submitting your work to us please study our Submission Guidelines as we will not be able to consider manuscripts that are not submitted properly.
We are a small but dynamic publishing company. Our aim is to publish up to four books per year.
Please note we are closed for submissions for the moment. Please note we do not publish illustrated books.
In no circumstances do we ever reject a submission with a standard rejection slip. There is no such thing as a rejection slip in our offices. Every single submission is read with care and, if we decide not to go ahead with publication, we write a brief but personal e-mail to the author explaining what weaknesses (and strengths) we found in the work, and suggesting areas where the manuscript could be strengthened. And we are always happy to look at a piece of work after it has been improved.
Writers are born, they are not made. This is true. You are either a storyteller, with a natural flair for drama, tension and timing, or you are not. But writing is a craft, and even the best storyteller needs to learn his craft, and we are very well aware of that, so we are always willing to devote time and care to any writer who submits work to us, if we feel that there is a glimmer of potential in the work.
So, if you are a writer, we really want to hear from you. We want to read your work and you have our solemn word that we will read your work and take it very seriously.
We are acutely aware that there are many talented writers trying to get their work published, who can’t even get an editor to read it. So we are looking for talented writers that we can publish.
